Ask JobAdder for a backup
JobAdder generates a backup or data export on request before it deletes the account. It doesn't publish the format, so ask which files and CV attachments the backup includes.

Download it within two weeks
JobAdder deletes generated backups after two weeks, and its FAQ says account data is deleted 90 days after termination. Check the notice terms in your JobAdder agreement as well.

We bring across candidates, client contacts, companies, jobs, placements, notes and CVs, then parse the CVs and flag duplicates by email and LinkedIn URL.

JobAdder's Email Sequencer is in beta, according to its platform updates. Longlist sequences run on every plan from your own mailbox and stop when the candidate or client replies.
Can Longlist handle temp and contract placements?
Yes. Contract placements store bill and pay rates, currency, rate period and start date. Timesheets, invoicing and payroll stay in your back-office system.
