We compared Zoho Recruit's staffing-agency plans and plan comparison table with Longlist Growth and Plus, checked October 16, 2026. Zoho prices below are the USD staffing edition.

You parse hundreds of CVs a day and don't want a daily cap. | You already run Zoho Campaigns, Books or Workerly and want them connected. |

PUT IT INTO PRACTICE
Zoho Recruit has no forced contract, so the backup sets your timetable. We do the import for free.
An admin can request a full data backup as a ZIP of CSV files. Standard and Professional include one free backup a month, Enterprise two.
Module exports produce CSV files of up to 20,000 records per request, and the download link lasts 48 hours.
Tell us whether your backup includes resume files. We parse each CV into the matching candidate and link contacts to their companies.
Blueprints, autoresponders and mass emails won't import. Recreate the follow-ups you still need as Longlist sequences, then cancel at the end of your billing period.
Zoho Standard is $25 annual / $30 monthly per recruiter. Longlist Growth is $47/user/month billed annually or $59 monthly, and Plus is $65 or $79. Growth includes sequences, a BD pipeline, unlimited parsing and CV packs. See pricing.
