Communicating with parents and caregivers: Teacher Assistants may assist in communicating with parents or caregivers regarding student progress, behavior, or concerns. They may also attend parent-teacher conferences or support meetings.
Collaborating with teachers and staff: Teacher Assistants collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other school staff to plan and implement instructional activities, discuss student progress, and support school-wide initiatives.
