  1. Collaborating with stakeholders: The Product Owner communicates with stakeholders such as customers, users, developers, and other internal teams to gather feedback, understand their needs, and ensure everyone is aligned on the product direction.

  3. Sprint planning: The Product Owner collaborates with the development team to plan upcoming sprints, ensuring the team has a clear understanding of the user stories and acceptance criteria. They answer questions and clarify requirements during the planning session.

  4. Backlog grooming: The Product Owner regularly reviews and refines the backlog, adding, removing, or re-prioritizing items based on changing priorities or feedback. This ensures the backlog stays up-to-date and ready for development.

  5. Daily stand-ups: The Product Owner participates in daily stand-up meetings to get updates from the development team, answer any questions, and provide clarification on user stories or acceptance criteria.

  6. Accepting user stories: Once development is complete, the Product Owner reviews and accepts the user stories. They verify that the delivered functionality meets the acceptance criteria and matches the customer's expectations.

  7. Sprint reviews and retrospectives: The Product Owner participates in sprint reviews to showcase the completed work to stakeholders and gather feedback. They also take part in retrospectives to identify areas of improvement and help the team refine their processes.

  8. Monitoring market trends and competition: The Product Owner keeps an eye on market trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis. This helps them stay informed and make data-driven decisions to continually improve the product.
