We are looking for a Beauty Advisor to offer personalized services to our customers to help them choose the right cosmetics.
Beauty Advisor responsibilities include demonstrating makeup techniques, suggesting products that meet clients’ needs and informing customers about product details, like ingredients, application methods and price. To be successful in this role, you are customer-service oriented and are familiar with a wide range of beauty products.

A Beauty Advisor typically performs the following tasks on a daily basis:
Customer service: Interacting with customers, addressing their beauty needs and concerns, and providing recommendations for products and services based on their individual preferences.
Product knowledge: Staying up-to-date with the latest trends, ingredients, and brands in the beauty industry to effectively assist customers and answer their questions about skincare, makeup, haircare, and other beauty products.
Demonstrations: Conducting product demonstrations and providing in-depth product information to customers, showcasing how to use and apply different beauty products correctly.
Sales: Actively promoting and selling beauty products to customers, meeting sales targets, and suggesting relevant products to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
Inventory management: Monitoring stock levels and ensuring products are properly stocked and displayed on the sales floor.
Beauty consultations: Providing personalized consultations to customers to understand their beauty goals, skin type, and concerns, and recommending products accordingly.
Beauty events: Participating in promotional events, product launches, and beauty workshops to demonstrate products and educate customers about new beauty trends and techniques.
Administrative tasks: Completing necessary paperwork and administrative duties, such as processing transactions, maintaining customer records, and organizing and updating product displays.
Product training: Attending training sessions and staying updated about the latest product knowledge, techniques, and company policies to enhance selling abilities and customer satisfaction.
Cleaning and organizing: Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the beauty department, including keeping shelves tidy, sanitizing testers, and maintaining a visually appealing environment.
