Communication and Coordination: Facilitating communication within the healthcare team, including physicians, nurses, patients, and families. This involves answering phone calls, relaying messages, and ensuring effective communication channels.
Scheduling and Appointment Management: Coordinating patient appointments, surgeries, and procedures. This includes arranging the timing, location, and necessary resources for these activities.
