We are looking for a Butler to act as the hotel’s main point of contact for our guests.
Butler responsibilities include greeting and checking in guests, making dining and entertainment arrangements and keeping guest rooms and suites up to the hotel and guest standards.

A butler typically handles various tasks and responsibilities on a day-to-day basis, which may include:

Supervising staff: Directing and managing other household staff members, such as housekeepers, gardeners, drivers, and chefs. This involves organizing work schedules, training staff members, and ensuring that all duties are carried out to the highest standards.
Guest services: Welcoming guests, making them feel comfortable, and attending to their needs during their stay. This may involve arranging transportation, providing information about local attractions, organizing meals or catering, and ensuring guest rooms are prepared and maintained to a high standard.
Maintenance and repairs: Overseeing the maintenance and repair of household equipment and systems, such as heating, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical systems. A butler may coordinate with external contractors or perform basic repairs themselves.
Household inventory and supply management: Taking inventory of household supplies and ensuring their replenishment as needed. This includes grocery shopping, ordering supplies, managing wine cellars, and overseeing household budgets.
Special projects: Assisting with special tasks or projects as requested by the employer. This may include event planning, organizing house moves or renovations, or overseeing the care and maintenance of valuable collections.
