Developing employment plans: After assessing clients, job coaches work with them to create individualized employment plans. These plans outline the steps necessary to achieve their career goals, such as identifying suitable job opportunities, setting objectives, and determining training or support needs.
Providing vocational training: Job coaches may deliver or arrange vocational training programs to enhance clients' job readiness. This can include skills training workshops, computer literacy courses, or specialized training related to a specific industry or job role.
