  7. Managing the recruitment process: Coordinating and managing the entire recruitment process, including arranging interviews, collecting feedback from both clients and candidates, and negotiating offers of employment.

  8. Market research and networking: Conducting regular market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and salary expectations, and networking with industry professionals to build relationships and gain insights into potential opportunities.

  9. Administration: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and job vacancies in the recruitment database, preparing reports, and handling necessary administrative tasks related to the recruitment process.

  10. Continuous learning and development: Keeping up-to-date with industry best practices, attending training sessions or webinars, and continuously improving recruitment skills to enhance performance and deliver the best possible service to clients and candidates.
