We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • High school diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus

  8. Maintaining Records: Accurately documenting all sales-related activities, customer interactions, and sales progress in a CRM system or other designated software.

  9. Follow-up and Customer Service: Following up with potential customers who have shown interest but have not yet made a decision, as well as providing post-sales support to ensure a positive customer experience and foster repeat business.

  10. Meeting Targets: Working towards and achieving assigned sales targets or quotas, as well as participating in regular performance reviews and feedback sessions to enhance sales skills and improve results.
