Look
Made in your browser. Your details and photos never leave your device.
What makes a hiring post work.
- Show the salary. Roles with a salary get noticed; a range is fine.
- Pick three real highlights. The team, the problem and who they’ll report to beat a list of perks.
- Make the next step obvious. “Message me to hear more” works, or point to the job on your careers page.
Can I name the client?
If the role is public and the client has agreed. Otherwise describe them (“a fast-growing healthtech”) and share the name when you speak to candidates.
Can I use my own branding?
Yes. Add your name, agency, brand colour and logo once and every post and report uses them. They’re saved in your browser only, so they’re ready next time and never uploaded.
What size are the images?
Choose portrait (1080 × 1350), which LinkedIn and Instagram show largest in the feed, or square (1080 × 1080). Copy the suggested post to go with it and edit it in your own words.
