Sequences start on Professional and branded resumes on Core. Both are on Longlist Growth.
THE DETAILS MAKE THE DIFFERENCE
Points from public Capterra reviews of TrackerRMS.
Reviewers say the range of features makes team adoption hard work. Longlist covers the front office only, so there’s less to configure.
Some reviewers found financial tracking complex to set up, with built-in fields they couldn’t edit. Longlist records fees and rates on the placement and leaves invoicing to your accounts system.
Reviewers mention needing training to get reports right. Longlist’s standard activity reports need no setup, and Plus adds custom reports.
PUT IT INTO PRACTICE
Moving into Longlist is free, with no per-file or per-CV charge. Start with the terms of your Tracker agreement.
Every Tracker plan has a 6-month minimum. Check when yours ends and what notice your agreement needs.
Request candidates, contacts, companies, jobs and placements, with resumes and notes. Tracker doesn’t publish its export format, so ask which files you’ll receive.
If you invoice or run timesheets in Tracker, move that work to your accounting or payroll system first. Longlist records bill and pay rates but doesn’t invoice.
Our team maps the fields, imports records, parses resumes and checks duplicates with you before the team logs in.
Longlist Growth is $59/user/month billed monthly, or $47 billed annually, and includes sequences. Tracker Launch is $79 and Core is $99, both with a 6-month minimum, and sequences need Professional. See pricing.
Yes. Monthly plans have no annual commitment. Annual plans are paid for the year at the lower rate.
Tracker’s plans page offers self-serve purchase and demos; we didn’t find a trial there. Longlist has a 14-day trial with no card.
No. Keep invoicing in an accounting system such as Xero or QuickBooks, and payroll with your provider. Longlist holds the rates and fees for each placement.
Nothing on our side. Send us your Tracker export and we import and check your records and resumes with you.
