A JobDiva alternative. For desks that don’t live in a VMS.
JobDiva harvests resumes from your job-board subscriptions, syncs VMS requisitions and runs billing in DivaFinancials. If your recruiters spend the day on client relationships and shortlists, Longlist gives them a simpler CRM and ATS with the price on the website.
Longlist is the better match for perm, search and smaller contract desks that win work through client relationships. JobDiva is the better match for high-volume US IT staffing that pulls requisitions from VMS and MSP programmes and needs billing and payroll on the same record. To get a lighter tool you give up harvesting, VMS sync and the back office.

Hiring managers brief you directly and you track BD deals with them.
Requisitions reach you through VMS and MSP portals that need syncing.
Clients expect a branded CV pack with your recommendation.
Your recruiters depend on harvesting resumes from your job-board subscriptions.
You want monthly billing and a 14-day trial before you commit.
Billing, payroll and the MyTime timesheet app need to share a record with the ATS.
You’d rather learn one CRM and ATS than a suite of modules.
You hand contractors a white-label mobile app.
THE DETAILS MAKE THE DIFFERENCE
Why recruiters look beyond JobDiva
Recurring points in public reviews on Capterra and G2.
Speed
Slow performance and slow loading are the cons reviewers raise most. Time your daily searches in a Longlist trial and compare.
An older interface
Reviewers describe the interface as dated. Longlist shows each job as a kanban pipeline you can drag candidates across.
Training needed
Some reviewers say features are hard to follow without training. Longlist has fewer modules, and activity reports by recruiter and client come ready to use.
Feature check, JobDiva and Longlist
JobDiva doesn’t publish pricing or plan tiers, so we compared its product pages and FAQ, checked October 16, 2026, with Longlist’s plans.
JobDiva’s FAQ says pricing is set client by client, and it has no public pricing page. Longlist’s USD rates are below.

PUT IT INTO PRACTICE
From JobDiva to Longlist
We import your data for free and agree the scope after reviewing what JobDiva sends you.
JobDiva doesn’t publish an export process. Ask for candidates with resumes, contacts, companies, jobs, submittals and notes, and confirm your contract end date at the same time.
02
Move the back office first
Timesheets, payroll and invoices from DivaFinancials need a new home with your payroll provider or accounting system. Longlist keeps bill and pay rates on each placement for reference.
03
We map and import
Our team maps JobDiva fields, imports records, parses resumes and checks for duplicates.
04
Rebuild your outreach
Recreate DivaReach workflows as Longlist sequences with call and LinkedIn tasks between emails, then connect each recruiter’s inbox.
FROM THE TEAMS USING LONGLIST
Recruiters, in their own words.
Chris Byrne · Head of Delivery, Marsh RPF
Growing the business
“I could say we have seen more than a 20% increase without any additional overhead.”
Our business has gone up a lot, and there are two reasons for that. One – the database that we were able to build in quick succession allowed us to promptly reach out to candidates and clients.
Second, I feel more confident that we have all the new technology for recruitment at our disposal.
Brad Chapman · Managing Director, TechSearch360
Getting started
“Longlist.io team has been a great support to us from the first day of the launch.”
They understood straight away what a newly formed recruitment business would need and helped me to set up my recruitment processes to create candidate and client leads.
Matthew Edge-Wilkins · MD, Talent Seeker
Empowering the team
“As the founder of TalentSeeker, integrating Longlist has been transformative.”
It's not just about efficiency gains; it's about empowering our team to make smarter decisions and provide exceptional service to our clients and candidates.
JobDiva sets pricing client by client and doesn’t publish rates. Longlist Growth is $47/user/month billed annually or $59 monthly, and Plus is $65 or $79. See pricing.
Does Longlist sync with VMS portals?
No. Longlist has no VMS integration, so VMS requisitions would be entered by hand. If most of your work comes through VMS programmes, JobDiva is the stronger choice.
Can Longlist harvest resumes from job boards?
No. Add candidates by uploading CVs in bulk, through applications on your careers page, or by saving profiles with the Chrome extension.
Can we try Longlist before committing?
Yes. The trial is 14 days with no card. We didn’t find a JobDiva trial on its website, which offers demos instead.
Will our data come across from JobDiva?
Our team imports candidates, contacts, jobs and resumes from your export at no cost and checks the result with you. What moves depends on what JobDiva includes.
How a US staffing firm with 20 to 200 internal employees should choose software: the back-office decision that comes first, the compliance and VMS requirements that matter, the vendors worth a demo, a weighted scorecard and a migration plan that doesn't miss a payroll.
A practical guide to staffing agency software for temp and contract firms: which platforms cover the ATS and CRM, onboarding, timesheets, payroll and VMS, what they publish about price, our pick for the recruiting desk, and how to pick a setup that matches how you pay your workers.
How contract and temp agencies should run timesheets: the weekly cycle from hours to client invoice and pay run, approval flows, clock-in, the UK and US rules that bite, worked margin examples, and the agency-focused tools worth comparing in 2026.
