A team post shows clients the people behind your results and shows future recruiters a team worth joining. Add each person and their number, and post a leaderboard in your agency’s colours.

Getting the most from a team post.
- Count what you want more of. Placements, starts, new clients or retained searches all work.
- Celebrate firsts. Use the shout-out for a first placement or a first retained search, not just the top biller.
- Post from the agency page and share it personally, so candidates and clients see the team behind the brand.
How many people can I show?
The top five, highest first. Add everyone: the total counts the whole team, and the post lists every person.
Will people mind seeing their numbers?
Ask first. Some teams love a leaderboard; others prefer a team total. Leave people off, or count something everyone’s proud of, if in doubt.
Can I use my own branding?
Yes. Add your name, agency, brand colour and logo once and every post and report uses them. They’re saved in your browser only, so they’re ready next time and never uploaded.
What size are the images?
Choose portrait (1080 × 1350), which LinkedIn and Instagram show largest in the feed, or square (1080 × 1080). Copy the suggested post to go with it and edit it in your own words.
