What the update shows.

  • Roles open, average days open and the role open longest.
  • Every role’s stage from briefed to placed, with the next step.
  • Who it’s waiting on: you, the client or the candidate.
  • What we need from you: every role waiting on the client, listed together.

Sent weekly, it keeps searches moving and stops delays from being blamed on the agency.

LET’S CLEAR A FEW THINGS UP

Questions recruiters ask.

Talk to our team
How often should I send it?

Weekly for active searches works well; fortnightly for slower ones. A regular update cuts the “any news?” emails on both sides.

Is the client’s information stored?

No. The update is built in your browser. Your details are saved in your browser for next time, and the roles are kept in the part of the page address after the #, which is never sent to a server. Only share the link with people who should see the update.

How do I send it to a client?

Use Print or save as PDF and choose Save as PDF, then attach it to an email. Only the report is printed, on a single page where it fits.

Can I use my own branding?

Yes. Add your name, agency, brand colour and logo once and every post and report uses them. They’re saved in your browser only, so they’re ready next time and never uploaded.
